Utelisys Internet en TV voor OurDomain (English version below)

De appartementen van OurDomain zijn voorzien van een Internetverbinding van Utelisys, op basis van een bekabelde aansluiting en WiFi. Het WiFi Access Point is geplaatst in het appartement of in de meterkast, afhankelijk van het type appartement.

Draadloos Internet

Voor het WiFi netwerk kan er ingelogd worden op het netwerk ‘OurDomain - SouthHouse / NorthHouse’. Dit netwerk is in het gehele gebouw beschikbaar. Bij het inhuizen wordt het wachtwoord verstrekt. Het wachtwoord is strikt persoonlijk, geef deze niet weg aan anderen.

Bekabeld Internet

Per appartement is een bekabelde aansluiting aanwezig. Indien het WiFi Access Point in de kamer aanwezig is, dan zijn aan de onderzijde daarvan bekabelde aansluitingen beschikbaar. Op de bekabelde aansluiting kan apparatuur worden aangesloten zoals een gameconsole, computer, etc...

Televisie

Het TV-signaal wordt geleverd over dezelfde datapoort als het Internet, er zijn twee mogelijkheden om TV te kijken:

  • Via de Webportal http://odad.utelisys.tv, deze portal is enkel in het SouthHouse gebouw te bereiken. Vervolgens kan je TV kijken via een computer, tablet of smartphone, zonder gebruik te hoeven maken van een TV toestel.

  • Middels de Mediabox, welke optioneel verkrijgbaar is, waarop een TV toestel kan worden aangesloten. In dat geval dient gebruik te worden gemaakt van een bekabelde aansluiting. Deze Mediabox kunt u lenen bij de service desk. Hier staat een borg tegenover.

Utelisys Internet and TV for OurDomain

The apartments of OurDomain are equipped with an Internet connection from Utelisys, by means of a wired connection and WiFi. The WiFi Access Point is mounted either inside the apartment or in the meter closet, depending on the type of apartment.

Wireless Internet

To use the WiFi network you can log in on the network ‘OurDomain – SouthHouse / NorthHouse’. This network is available throughout the entire SouthHouse building. The password is provided when you move in. The password is strictly personal, do not give it away neither disclose it to others.

Wired Internet

For each apartment a wired connection is available. If the WiFi Access Point is located in the room, wired connections are available underneath the WiFi Access Point. Devices such as a game console, computer, etc... can be connected to the wired connection.

TV

The TV signal is delivered over the same data port as the Internet, there are two options for watching TV:

  • Via the Web portal http://odad.utelisys.tv, this portal can only be reached via the Internet connection in the SouthHouse building. You can then watch TV via a computer, tablet or smartphone, without having to use a TV.

  • Via the Mediabox, which is optionally available and to which a TV can be connected. In this case a wired connection has to be used. You can pick up this mediabox at the service desk. A deposit is required.
